Classyhairbyjess does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.

    •    All HAIR sales are FINAL. Please make sure you read all of the product descriptions before purchasing bundles and/or closures/frontals or pre made/custom wigs.
    •    Custom wig orders take between 7-14 business days to complete, which can vary depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended up to 21 business days. If you have not received tracking information by the 21st business day, please contact us via email for further assistance.
    •    Classyhairbyjess LLC is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to pick your correct head measurement size.
    •    Classyhairbyjess LLC is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages once it is in USPS possession.
